At this section of the Port Orleans resort, you have the options of the following room views: -Garden -River -Pool -Standard You may also reserve a room with two queen size beds or a king size bed. In The Riverside section you may also request a child pull-down bed or a preferred room. Both parts of this resort are also equip with childcare services for a fee.
The food at the French Quarter is as jazzy and the Mardi Gras Parade! Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory is a great way to send your taste buds into a whirl wind adventure. Rice bowls, beignets, jambalaya, and cajun grit bowls, what else could you want! Theres also two bars. The Scat Cat's Club is where you can go to listen to some old jazz live and sip on some southern cocktails. The Mardi Grogs is a classic place to kick back a beer! The French Quarter also has pizza delivery service for a small fee and gratuity.
Riverside has several different food and drink options. There's Riverside Mill Food Court, which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. It houses 6 different options for food! Boatwright's Dining Hall is only open for dinner, but is full of southern style home cooking! There are two bars. The River Roost is a small live entertainment lounge. Muddy Rivers is a bar on Ol' Man's Island secluded in a small nook next to the pool. You may also get pizza delivery late at night for a small fee and gratuity.
Port Orleans is a smaller resort so the entertainment is fairly easy to get around. Some of the recreational things that you can do at Port Orleans include 5+ pools, movies under the stars, campfires on de' Bayou, two arcades, jogging trails, playgrounds, fishing, an assortment of bike rentals, and horse drawn carriage rides.
One of the coolest thing about the Riverside portion of Port Orleans is the fact that they have what is called "Royal Rooms."
